Finally…

So lets just get right the hell into it. This is the first of an infinite amount of daily vlogs you can expect from me now.

Obviously I am going to focus mostly on food and fitness things that I do. But you can expect a good bit of regular life content as well. As long as I get pictures…

——BREAKFAST——

I know these scrambled eggs look like they have every Instagram filter on them all at once, but trust me, thats how they looked straight out of camera. And sadly, this is the only shot I got. Just focus on the toast…

I am not usually one to cook breakfast, but for the past few days I have actually been making eggs. And its awesome. I started because lately I have been crazy hungry every morning, and most of my go to options are just carbs. So after a couple weeks of crushing over 1000 calories and only getting about .0008 grams of protein out of it, I decided to be slightly less lazy and give eggs a shot.

This was…

  1. 3 WHOLE eggs

  2. 4 servings of egg whites

  3. 9g of shredded cheddar

  4. 14g Greek cream cheese

  5. 1/4 cup 2% milk

  6. 1 slice of white break

  7. Half a serving of pepper jelly

MACROS

  • Carbs 30g

  • Fat 23g

So far the egg thing has been working much better. Good bit of protein, less calories, and a lot more filling.

Todays workout was a little shorter than usual, simply because we got there a little late, and we only had an hour and a half before kids care closed. As fast as goals go, I am about to end day 2 of what should be a month or two long cut. Nothing too crazy, but I put on a little bit more fat than I had planned on during my last bulk. So I want to be sure to start the next one from a good bit lower %.

I started at 205lbs, and I am thinking 185lbs is going to be as low as I take it. But we will see, lol.

——FOOD——

So, a day or two ago I found out something absolutely mind numbingly crazy about my wife… She not only had never had Rice Crispy Treats cereal (I think I had only had it once lol) but she didn’t even know that it existed! She didn’t even believe me until I found a bunch of pictures.

Well obviously I had to find some for her to try…

Anndddddd like many things in life, it wasn’t nearly as good as I had expected. It was decent, but not the epic cereal masterpiece that I remembered it being. She didn’t even really like it at all. I think her exact words were, “I still like regular Rice Crispies with sugar on them better”. I wasn’t crazy about it, but thats some bullshit.

As you can see, it was pretty damn boring though.

I didn’t get any pictures of dinner because even though it was pretty damn good, it looked, sad. We made meatloaf, but it stayed extremely, moist. And just looked like a sloppy mess. But dinner was 12oz of 93/7 beef worth of meatloaf.

Andddd this along with a serving of Captain Crunch was how I ended the night.
